Sustainability Policy

Taking our responsibilities to future generations seriously

Guiding Principles:

  1. To comply and exceed current legislation for sustainability in markets where we operate.

  2. To integrate sustainability considerations into our business decisions.

  3. To ensure that all staff are fully aware of our Sustainability Policy and are committed to implementing and improving it.

  4. To minimize the impact on sustainability of our transportation activities.

  5. To make clients and suppliers aware of our Sustainability Policy, and encourage them to adopt sound sustainable management practices.

  6. To review and to continually strive to improve our sustainability performance.

Practical steps we are taking

  1. We are a remote first company which means all of our employees work from their homes or a location close to home.

  2. We use cloud technology wherever possible to minimise local computing and equipment resources.

  3. Our global network of employees and contractors means not only are our solutions often cheaper but we will always recommend local crew where possible vs flying everyone to a shoot.

  4. We encourage mental well-being and discussion within event.video to increase our use of sustainable transport and energy solutions.

  5. We are a live streaming company. Video calls are in our DNA. Traveling to physical meetings is kept to a minimum unless it can be combined with other work e.g. a video shoot in London.

  6. We review our business practises regularly. Typically every quarter.
